We go beyond, we go exceptional.
We are using the latest evidence based practice and research. We don't give anything for granted and we really want to offer you the opportunity to get to know your brain and its mechanisms deeply; we want you to become an expert and understand science and rationale behind certain tools. Your common CBT therapist might not spend time on this or might not even hold this type of knowledge, so you are likely to go back for another course of therapy or coaching.

It is the scientific study of our nervous system.

It's a combination of biology, physiology, anatomy, psychology.

Our interest drives us into smaller niches such as neuroendocrinology, chronobiology and neuropsychology.

All because we need to understand our spectacular machine, our cool mind in order to cool it down.

The study of human behaviours, actions and habits.

Behavioural science uses specific analytic methods and rigorous formulations to understand, influence and predict human behaviours.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy has its theoretical foundation in this science in order to help to modify behaviours in more desirable and useful ones and therefore promote wellbeing.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is considered a third wave CBT approach applicable to a variety of contexts and not just to mental health. It helps people and organizations to gain the skills to re-contextualize and accept inner worlds events, develop awareness of values, and commit to behaviour change.
